Benha National University Students Participate in the Entrepreneurship Program as Part of the "Decent Life" Initiative

As part of the national project "Decent Life," launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and through fruitful collaboration between Benha National University and the Decent Life Foundation, university students participated in the introductory day for the entrepreneurship program aimed at providing financial support for applicable youth ideas in this field. This aligns with the Egyptian state's vision and its interest in developing youth skills and enhancing their capabilities, which strengthens their ability to innovate and contributes to achieving sustainable development.

A number of students interested in entrepreneurship attended the introductory day organized by the Decent Life Foundation, where many available opportunities were presented and how to benefit from the support provided by the foundation. The importance of entrepreneurship as a means to achieve sustainable development and contribute to improving the quality of life was emphasized.

Professor Prof. Tamer Samir, President of the University, highlighted the importance of participating in such programs as a significant opportunity for Benha National University students, as they will have the chance to present their entrepreneurial ideas and participate in training workshops aimed at enhancing their skills in entrepreneurship and fostering a spirit of volunteerism among youth. He also pointed out that this participation is part of the university's commitment to integrating its students into major national projects like "Decent Life" and supporting them with everything they need to turn their ideas into successful projects that contribute to the advancement of the Egyptian economy.

Professor Prof. Mahmoud Shakl, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, stated that the university strives to provide a conducive environment for innovation and employment, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in motivating students to think creatively and develop their leadership skills. He confirmed that supporting entrepreneurship is an essential part of the university's strategy to achieve sustainable development and meet labor market needs.

Prof. Ayman Samir, Director of Veterinary Medicine Programs, emphasized the importance of integrating students into such programs and presidential initiatives that enhance their practical and theoretical capabilities, noting that entrepreneurship is not limited to technical fields but also includes medical, engineering, and related industries. He explained that students can benefit from these opportunities to present innovative projects that serve the community.

At the end of the day, students expressed their enthusiasm and interest in participating in these programs that support entrepreneurship, affirming the importance of such initiatives in developing their skills and achieving their future ambitions.
