Under the auspices of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of the University, an introductory and welcoming meeting for international students was organized, attended by Prof. Karim El-Dash, Vice President of the University for International Relations.
The meeting aimed to welcome international students to their "second home," Egypt, and to gather their opinions and suggestions regarding their academic and personal lives at the university.
During the meeting, the challenges and obstacles that international students may face, both academically and personally, were discussed. The Vice President emphasized the important role that international students play in enriching the academic and cultural environment of the university. He also expressed their full readiness to listen to their problems and work on finding solutions in collaboration with various university departments.
For their part, international students presented a set of proposals aimed at improving their academic and living experiences, such as providing all forms of support and facilitating administrative procedures.
The students expressed their appreciation for the support provided by the university.
The meeting concluded with a speech from Prof. Hussein El-Maghrabi, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, who affirmed the university's commitment to providing a distinguished educational environment that meets the needs of all students, including international students. He noted that the university recognizes the challenges faced by students coming from different countries and is continuously working to improve academic and administrative services to facilitate their educational experience.
