Under the auspices of Prof. Tamer Samir, the President of the University, Prof. Hussein El-Maghrabi, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, conducted a workshop on strategic planning with the participation of the university's administrative staff. He emphasized the importance of the administrative role and its involvement in analyzing the internal and external environment to prepare a suitable and applicable strategic plan.
Prof. Fatima Abdel Wahab, a professor at the Faculty of Education at Benha University, also participated in presenting the workshop. She discussed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges facing the university through the suggestions of the participants, which aids in formulating the strategic objectives of the university.
The workshop was attended by:

- Ayman Bayoumi, the Assistant Secretary of the University,
- Nermin Abu Al-Khair, the Director-General of Operations,
- As well as department directors and administrative staff.
The workshop received significant interaction from the university's administrative leaders and members of the administrative staff, who showed great interest and proposed many suggestions that contribute to preparing the strategic plan.
