Connecting Education to the Labor Market: Cooperation Protocols with the Triad Company for Poultry and Animal Wealth and the National Company for Manufacturing, Dyeing, Printing, and Preparing High-Quality Textiles

Under the auspices and in the presence of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, Prof. Mahmoud Shakl, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, signed cooperation protocols with the Triad Company for Poultry and Animal Wealth, represented by Prof. Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the Board, and a cooperation protocol with the National Company for Manufacturing, Dyeing, Printing, and Preparing High-Quality Textiles, represented by Engineer Hani Mustafa Ibrahim Abdel Aal, Chairman of the Board.

Prof. Tamer Samir explained that the protocols aim to enhance cooperation between Benha National University and various academic institutions and entities, as part of the state's strategic plan to prepare students for the labor market. He emphasized that the university is particularly focused on graduating students capable of competing in local and international job markets, while preparing qualified personnel who contribute to the development of various sectors in line with Egypt's future vision. He also highlighted the importance of linking education with industry and its application in practical life, in addition to initiating the scientific research phase for students before graduation in collaboration with industrial institutions to drive development.

Prof. Mahmoud Shakl pointed out that signing these partnerships reflects the university's commitment to providing distinguished practical training opportunities for its students and linking academic education with national industries. He also stressed the importance of enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship, and developing leadership skills among students, which enhances their ability to establish their own projects and contribute to the national economy. He clarified that the university aims to prepare qualified personnel who actively contribute to the development of industrial sectors, focusing on equipping students with the necessary skills for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, thus opening wide opportunities for them to compete locally and internationally.

The accompanying delegation from the companies welcomed cooperation with the university by providing training opportunities for students and participating in student and research projects of mutual interest, as well as exchanging scientific visits for the exchange of experiences and scientific discussions, and providing job opportunities for distinguished students who train at the company. This cooperation comes as part of Benha National University's commitment to linking the educational process with practical reality, enabling students to keep abreast of the latest developments in various evolving fields, contributing to achieving Egypt's Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
