Board of Trustees of Benha National University:

- Establishment of several projects in partnership with the governmental university to serve students.
The Board of Trustees of Benha National University held its meeting chaired by Prof. Gamal El-Saeed, the chairman of the board, with the presence of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, the president of Benha University, Prof. Soheir Shaarawy, the vice president of the Board of Trustees of Benha National University, Prof. Tamer Samir, the president of Benha National University, and the members of the board.
Prof. El-Saeed opened the session by expressing gratitude on behalf of the Board of Trustees to Prof. Tamer Samir, the university president, and the deputies and academic and administrative leaders for their efforts during the past period. He pointed out that Benha National University has made rapid strides on all levels since its establishment, and it has become one of the universities that enjoys the community's trust from students and parents regarding its performance and educational capabilities.
Prof. Gamal El-Saeed praised the cooperation and coordination with the governmental university of Benha and the benefit from its academic and administrative expertise. He confirmed that a study is currently underway to establish several educational projects in partnership between Benha National University and the governmental university, aimed ultimately at serving students and the educational process.
On the other hand, the council approved the auditor's report and the financial statements for the academic year 2023/2024, as well as the approval of amendments to the organizational structure and internal regulations of Benha National University, in addition to the approval of several regulations for the university's units and consulting centers.
The Board of Trustees was informed of the measures taken to start studies at the Faculty of Energy Sciences and the regulations for the Faculty of Health Applied Sciences Technology, the results of meetings of the permanent joint committee between Benha governmental and private universities, the future plan for contracting with faculty members over the next three years, as well as the approval of providing several scholarships for some social cases of students.
The council was also informed about the report related to signing several international cooperation protocols with prestigious universities, as well as the regulations governing the visiting professor program, in addition to the regulations governing the units affiliated with the Training and Employment Administration and the regulations governing the units affiliated with the Community Service and Environmental Development Administration at the university.
