As part of the University’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the integration between the educational process and the needs of the industrial sector, Benha National University signed a number of cooperation protocols with a group of companies specialized in engineering industries and plastics manufacturing. The initiative aims to expand practical training opportunities for students and better prepare them in line with labor market requirements.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Tamer Samir, President of the University, while the protocols were signed by Dr. Mahmoud Shakal, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
The event was also attended by:
- Dr. Doaa Akl, Director of the Programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration;
- Dr. Mahmoud El-Refaie, Director of the Engineering Programs;
- Dr. Ghada El-Mosalmy, Director of the Programs of the Faculty of Visual Arts and Design;
- and Dr. Eman Abdel Ghaffar, Acting Director of the Programs of the Faculty of Computer Science,
underscoring the importance of strengthening collaborative engagement between the University and industrial sector institutions across various disciplines.
This cooperation comes within the framework of Benha National University’s strategy to support innovation, enhance students’ applied skills, and prepare them to compete effectively in the labor market, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
