Benha National University Announces International Summer School Opportunity at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University LETI

Benha National University has opened applications for participation in the International Summer School Program hosted by Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University LETI in the Russian Federation, as part of the University’s strategy to expand international academic cooperation and provide students with access to advanced global learning opportunities.

The program is intended for students of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Energy Sciences and offers specialized study in electrical and electronic engineering, power systems, telecommunications, and automation and control. Through an integrated academic format combining theoretical instruction and practical training, participants will gain exposure to advanced technologies and their applications across a range of industrial sectors.

The program also provides a comprehensive international learning experience that includes academic activities, technical visits, and cultural events, contributing to students’ academic and professional development, promoting cross-cultural exchange, and enhancing their readiness for the global labor market.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Energy Sciences, or a related field
  • Hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Successfully complete a personal interview
  • Demonstrate adequate English proficiency
  • Obtain parental consent
  • Fulfill all travel requirements, including a passport valid for at least 18 months
